Demo Guide
This guide helps present SILI to a client or prospect, even if they are not familiar with management software.
Objective
Do not try to show everything. A good demo must follow a simple story.
"I'm going to show you SILI as if we were inside your company. We'll start from the general organization, then move down to day-to-day team work."
Key terms to explain simply
| Technical term | Simple explanation |
|---|---|
| Tenant | "This is your private environment in SILI. Your organization's data is kept separate from other clients." |
| Company | "If your group has several subsidiaries or branches, each can have its own space with its own data." |
| User | "Each team member has their own account. This makes it possible to track who does what." |
| Module | "A module is like a department in the company. The Stock module handles stock, the Sales module handles sales." |
| Permission | "Not everyone needs to see or modify the same information. SILI lets you give the right access to the right person." |
| Group | "Instead of setting rights person by person, you can create a Sales, HR or Management group." |
| Workflow | "It's the path a request follows before being accepted or rejected." |
| Report | "Reports let you see what's happening in the company without searching through every page." |
Image to give the client
Present SILI as a large digital office:
- each company has its own workspace,
- each person has their own access key,
- each module corresponds to a department in the company,
- every important action leaves a trace,
- managers can track activity with dashboards and reports.
Closing statement
"SILI helps you move from a dispersed organization to a centralized workspace — clearer, more controlled and easier to manage."
