Permissions & groups
Access conditions for a module
To access a business page, all of the following conditions must be true:
- The user is logged in.
- Their account is active.
- They belong to the correct tenant.
- The tenant is not blocked.
- They are assigned to the relevant company.
- The company is active.
- The module is active in the company.
- Their effective permission is sufficient.
Permission levels

manager | Manage advanced actions depending on the module |
admin | Administer the module in the company |
Effective permission
The effective permission is the level actually used by SILI.
It corresponds to the highest level between:
- the user's individual permission,
- permissions inherited from groups they belong to.
Example:

WARNING
If a user is set to none directly but belongs to a group with a higher right, they may still have access to the module.
Individual permissions
Path: Company space > Users > User
- Open the company.
- Go to Company space > Users.
- Select the user.
- For each active module, choose the level.
- Save.
A permission change may notify the user concerned.
Groups
Groups allow collective permissions to be assigned to multiple users simultaneously.
Path: Company space > Settings > Groups
Create a group
Group fields:
- Name: required.
- Description: optional.
- Type: depending on the interface.
Manage members
- Select an available user.
- Choose a member or manager role.
- Add or remove a member.
Group permissions
- A permission can be defined per active module.
- Group permission combines with individual permission.
- Effective permission corresponds to the highest level.
TIP
If access persists after removing a direct permission, check the groups the user belongs to.
