The CRM covers leads, pipeline, activities, contacts, quotes, invoices and payments.
Leads
Path: Company space > CRM > Leads
Required: Lead name. Optional: email, phone, company, source, status, score, estimated value, notes, assigned to.
A lead can be converted to an opportunity. Before conversion, check title, estimated value, probability and assignment.
Contacts
Path: Company space > CRM > Contacts
Required: Contact name. Optional: first name, email, phone, company, position, notes.
Activities
Path: Company space > CRM > Activities
Required: Activity title. Optional: type, description, planned date, status, assigned to.
An assigned activity may trigger a notification.
Pipeline
Path: Company space > CRM > Pipeline
The pipeline organizes opportunities by stage.
Check: title, estimated value, probability, status, assignment.
CRM quotes, invoices & payments

A CRM quote can be duplicated, marked as sent, accepted, rejected or used to create an invoice depending on its status.
Payments must be entered with an amount, date and method consistent with the invoice.
CRM report

May show: active opportunities, forecast revenue, current leads, conversion rate, pending quotes, unpaid invoices, collected revenue, overdue amounts.
