Login & navigation

First login

  1. Open the SILI login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Confirm.

On first use, SILI may require acceptance of legal documents. Access to other pages remains blocked until the required documents are accepted.

Forgot password:

  1. Click the reset link.
  2. Enter your email.
  3. Follow the instructions received.
  4. Log back in with the new password.

General navigation

The side menu provides access to the dashboard, administration spaces, business modules, settings and personal pages.

The top bar allows you to:

  • switch company,
  • view notifications,
  • change language (French / English),
  • open profile or account,
  • log out.

WARNING

If you have access to multiple companies, always verify the selected company before creating data.

Profile, account & sessions

My Profile

Path: Top bar > Profile

View personal information, role, status, creation date and last login. Editable fields are generally full name and phone number.

Account

Path: User menu > Account

Manage language, notification preferences and password.

Change password:

  1. Enter current password.
  2. Enter new password.
  3. Confirm.
  4. Save.

Sessions

Path: User menu > Sessions

View active connections, revoke another session and monitor inactivity settings.

Notifications

Path: Top bar > Notification bell

Examples of notified events:

  • company assignment,
  • permission modified,
  • workflow action pending,
  • planning task assigned,
  • CRM activity assigned,
  • stock alert,
  • support ticket reply or status change.

Some notifications are clickable and open the related item directly.
