Platform administration is exclusively for the super administrator.

Tenant management
A tenant represents a client organization's space.
Possible actions: list tenants, open a tenant, modify status, adjust quotas, block or unblock access, track activity.
WARNING
Blocking a tenant is a sensitive action. It prevents the client's users from accessing their space.
Quotas & capacity
SILI governs usage per tenant via quotas.

Security & tenant backups

Rule: A tenant backup covers the full client space. A company backup covers only the current company.

Path: Company space > Settings > Backups
Features: manual backup, scheduling, history, status tracking, restoration request.
