Business modules
Overview
Modules are functional domains activatable per company. A module must be active in the company and the user's permission must be sufficient to access it.
Sales
Covers the customer cycle: customers, quotes, orders, deliveries, invoices and reports.
Business value: structured commercial cycle, reduced re-entry, link between sales, invoicing and stock.
Key features: quotes with lines, conversion to order or invoice, quote versions, delivery tracking, stock outflow on delivery validation, payment status tracking, credit notes.
Purchases
Structures the supplier cycle: purchase requests, suppliers, supplier prices, purchase orders, receipts, invoices.
Business value: better supplier control, procurement tracking, discrepancy reduction, link between purchases, stock and supplier invoicing.
Key features: purchase requests with submission circuit, approval or rejection by threshold, supplier price catalog, purchase order generation from an approved request, order/receipt/invoice reconciliation.
Stock
Manages items and flows.
Business value: visibility on real stock, reduced stock-outs, traceability of ins and outs, support for sales and purchases.
Key features: entry and exit movements, quantity controls, stock-out or below-threshold notifications, inventory sessions, replenishment suggestions, outage forecasting.
CRM
Structures the commercial relationship.

Covers administrative personnel management.
