It is intended for platform administrators, tenant administrators, company administrators, operational managers, business users and support teams.

Access profiles

Platform super administrator

Manages the entire platform. Can manage tenants, block or unblock access, adjust quotas, consult global logs and handle platform support tickets.

This profile is reserved for platform operations. It should not be used for a client's regular business operations.

Tenant administrator

Manages the client's organization space. Can create and modify companies, manage users and their assignments, activate modules, manage permissions, create groups, manage backups and open support tickets.

Business user

Works in authorized companies and modules. Their scope depends on their company assignment, active modules and effective permission.

Company role

Within a company, a user may have a local role:

  • company_admin: local administrator or manager of the company.
  • company_user: business user of the company.

This role complements module permissions. It does not replace them.

Path conventions

In this guide, paths indicate where to click in the interface.

  • Tenant space > Companies: global client administration.
  • Company space > Sales > Quotes: business module within a selected company.
  • Top bar > Notification bell: action accessible from the header.

TIP

Labels may vary slightly depending on language, role and activated modules.
