Projects
Path: Company space > Planning > Projects or Company space > Planning > Portfolio
Required: Project title. Optional: description, status, priority, color, start date, end date, manager.
Tasks
Path: Company space > Planning > Projects > Project detail
Required: task title, current project. Optional: target status, priority, due date, estimated duration, assigned users, assigned groups, recurrence, dependencies.
Assignments may notify the users concerned.
Milestones
Path: Company space > Planning > Projects > Project detail > Milestones
Required: milestone title, target date, current project. Optional: assigned users, assigned groups.
Dependencies, Gantt & baseline
Path: Company space > Planning > Projects > Gantt
Used to:
- identify blocked tasks,
- visualize links between tasks and milestones,
- track the critical path,
- lock a reference baseline,
- compare actual progress to planned schedule.
Calendar & resources

The calendar can show events, meetings, training, reminders, milestones, deadlines and approved HR leave.
Resources help organize human resources and visualize workload per member.
